The Air Con Project:
On the evaluation of their existing HVAC systems we worked closely with the developer to engineer a modern solution to suit the building and the needs of their clients. This consisted of Mitsubishi Electric VRF and Ventilation Heat Recovery Systems throughout the building. The client needed a flexible solution that would give future tenants scope for tailoring a bespoke system. A number of ducted fan coil units were installed to give maximum flexibility with the infrastructure and design of the system allowing for future expansion.
Extension to the Project:
Since completing the cat A fit out TRAC have successfully tailored all 3 floors to the tenants’ requirements with each giving individual control.
