Air-Con Installation
We have recently completed our largest VRF installation. The site is in Reading and was carried out on behalf of Briggs and Forrester.
The site comprises of 16,000m2 of office space over eight floors and is served via 32 Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery condensers connected to a total of 440 ducted fan coil units. The systems are controlled via a total of 17 Mitsubishi AE2000 touch screen central controllers back to the buildings main BMS system.
During the installation over 27.7 km of pipework was installed along with over 14 km of cable, all within 18-weeks on-site, which showed our resourcefulness of labour to deliver a quality installation.
